By using Evokes Care services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Eligibility

Evokes Care services are exclusively available to:

• Female clients aged 18 years and above
• Clients residing in or visiting our service cities: Kolkata, Siliguri, Durgapur, Asansol, and Malda
• Clients who have completed the verification process with a valid government ID

2. Service Delivery

Services are delivered at:

• The client's private residence
• The client's apartment or rented accommodation
• Selected premium 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel accommodations booked and arranged by the client
• Other venues as agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation

Evokes Care does not operate from any physical salon or spa premises.

3. Booking & Payment

• A mandatory advance booking fee of ₹99 is collected securely online via Razorpay to confirm your appointment. Your booking is only confirmed after successful payment.
• The ₹99 advance booking fee is non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed, except in cases where Evokes Care cancels or is unable to fulfil the appointment.
• The remaining session fee is collected via secure online payment (UPI, card, or net banking) after session completion. A payment link is sent to your registered email address.
• All online payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's terms of service. Evokes Care does not store any card or banking details.
• A Razorpay Payment ID is issued as your payment receipt. Please save this for your records.
• Bookings are only confirmed after successful payment and identity verification is completed.

4. Therapist Details

For the safety and privacy of both clients and therapists, therapist identity and appointment details are shared only after the booking is confirmed and verified. No therapist information is publicly available.

5. Conduct

Clients are expected to treat our therapists with dignity and respect. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

6. Liability

Evokes Care is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions. Clients with health concerns should consult a medical professional before booking a session. Services are for relaxation purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment.

7. Modifications

Evokes Care reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
