Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before submitting a booking with Evokes Care.
All payments at Evokes Care are processed securely online via Razorpay. The ₹99 advance secures your slot, and the remaining session fee is collected via a secure online payment link after service completion.
1. Advance Booking Fee (₹99 — Online Payment)
A mandatory advance booking fee of ₹99 is collected securely online via Razorpay at the time of booking. This fee confirms your appointment slot and covers booking administration.
Exceptions where a refund of ₹99 may be considered:
- Evokes Care cancels or is unable to fulfil the appointment due to therapist unavailability
- A duplicate payment was made in error — contact us within 24 hours with your Razorpay Payment ID
- Technical failure resulting in payment deducted but no booking confirmed — contact us with your Payment ID
To request a refund, email info@evokescare.com with your Booking Reference and Razorpay Payment ID within 48 hours.
2. Remaining Session Fee — Online Payment
The remaining session fee is collected securely online after the session is completed. A payment link is sent to your registered email. This fee is non-refundable once the session has commenced.
- If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours at info@evokescare.com and our team will review your concern
- Evokes Care does not guarantee refunds on completed sessions but takes all feedback seriously
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify us as early as possible at info@evokescare.com.
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before the session: No charge — booking is simply cancelled
- Cancellations within 24 hours: Our team may apply a rescheduling fee at their discretion
- No-show on the day: The booking is forfeited and the session slot cannot be transferred
4. Cancellation by Evokes Care
If Evokes Care is unable to fulfil your appointment due to therapist unavailability or operational reasons, we will notify you promptly and offer a reschedule at no additional cost.
