To ensure the highest standards of safety, privacy and service quality, all Evokes Care bookings follow a structured process.
How the Booking Process Works

Fill the Booking Form — Complete all required fields including your personal details, preferred service, date, time, and upload your photo and ID document.

Pay ₹99 Advance Booking Fee Online — A mandatory advance payment of ₹99 is required to confirm your booking. This is processed securely via Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. Accepted methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Your booking is only confirmed after successful payment.

Receive Payment Confirmation — Immediately after payment, you will receive a Razorpay Payment ID on the confirmation page. Save this as your payment receipt. A booking reference number (e.g. EVK-XXXXXXXX) is also generated.

Identity Verification — Our team privately verifies your submitted photo and ID document. This is mandatory for the safety of both clients and therapists. Bookings are only confirmed post-verification.

Private Session Confirmation — Once verified, your therapist's details and final appointment confirmation are shared privately and confidentially via your registered contact.

Session Day — Remaining Payment — Your therapist arrives at your location. The remaining session fee is paid securely online after service completion. Our team will send you a payment link or you may complete payment via UPI/card before the session ends.
Payment Policy
- Advance Booking Fee: ₹99 is collected online via Razorpay at the time of booking. This fee secures your appointment slot and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed and a therapist has been assigned.
- Remaining Session Fee: The remaining service fee is collected securely online (UPI, card, or net banking) after session completion. A payment link is sent to your registered email.
- Payment Security: All online transactions are processed by Razorpay through 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI-DSS compliant. Evokes Care does not store any card or banking details.
- Payment Receipt: A unique Razorpay Payment ID is issued immediately after successful payment. Save this ID as proof of payment.
- No Hidden Charges: The ₹99 advance is the only mandatory online payment. Session prices are clearly listed and no additional online fees apply.
- Refund on Advance: The ₹99 fee is non-refundable except when Evokes Care cancels the appointment or a verified technical error caused a duplicate or failed charge. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Payment Security & Trust
- All payments are processed by Razorpay — regulated, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, and trusted by 5 million+ businesses across India.
- Your card or banking details are never seen or stored by Evokes Care. All sensitive data is handled entirely by Razorpay's secure vault.
- Every successful payment generates a unique Razorpay Payment ID, which serves as your official receipt and can be used for any dispute resolution.
- Transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption throughout the payment process.
Eligibility Requirements
- Female clients aged 18 years and above only
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Service location must be within our serviceable cities
- Session venue must be a private residence, apartment, or 3-star, 4-star, or 5-star hotel accommodation arranged by the client
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session: Please contact us via email to cancel
- Cancellations made within 24 hours: A rescheduling fee may apply at the team's discretion
- No-show on the day of appointment: Full booking is forfeited
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your appointment once, subject to availability, by contacting us at info@evokes.co.in at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Travel Charges
Travel charges apply across all service cities. Sessions within 2km of the therapist's base location in your city are provided free of travel charges. Sessions beyond 2km will include an applicable travel charge, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation. This applies to all cities we serve: Kolkata, Siliguri, Durgapur, Asansol, and Malda.
